Tuition Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview of Tuition Policies

At Cortex Connect Base, cohort sizes are strictly capped (maximum 12 to 14 participants per intake) to ensure direct mentor feedback and individual trade journal video auditing. Consequently, last-minute cancellations directly impact cohort admissions and seat allocation.

2. Cohort Workshops & Clinics (e.g. Momentum Mastery Clinic)

• Cancellations 14 Days or More Before Start Date: Eligible for a 100% full refund of tuition paid, minus any standard bank transfer transaction fees.
• Cancellations 7 to 13 Days Before Start Date: Eligible for a 70% partial refund, or a 100% tuition credit applied to the subsequent scheduled cohort intake within 6 months.
• Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date: Due to committed instructor schedules and reserved studio workstations, tuition is non-refundable; however, the student may transfer their seat to an eligible peer or convert 100% of the balance into a future cohort credit with 48-hour prior notice.
• Once Cohort Has Commenced (Work Already Started): No refunds are issued after the first interactive lecture session has begun.

3. Private 1-on-1 Mentoring Retainers

• Monthly Retainer Cancellation: Private mentorship retainers are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in. You may cancel renewal at any time prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
• Individual Session Rescheduling: Students must provide at least 24 hours advance notice to reschedule a scheduled 1-on-1 private chart review session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or unannounced no-shows are considered redeemed.
• Delivered Sessions: Completed private review clinics and delivered trade journal audits are strictly non-refundable.

4. Weekend Fast-Track Seminars (In-Person Studio)

• Cancellations up to 7 days prior: Full refund minus a 1,000 THB administrative processing fee.
• Cancellations within 7 days: Non-refundable due to reserved catering, printed materials, and room booking; seat may be transferred to another individual upon prior written approval.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Diagnostic intake interview fees (when charged separately).
• Printed physical indicator calibration binders and proprietary workbook materials once received.
• Completed 1-on-1 trade journal forensic audits and custom strategy playbook documentation.

6. Course Postponement or Cancellation by Institute

In the rare event that Cortex Connect Base must cancel or reschedule a workshop cohort due to unforeseen instructor illness or force majeure events, enrolled students will receive the immediate choice of:

• A 100% full tuition refund via original payment method.
• Guaranteed priority placement in the rescheduled cohort dates.

7. Refund Request Process & Processing Time

To request a refund or cohort transfer, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@cortex-connectbase.click with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Program Name]".
2. Include your invoice number, enrollment date, and reason for withdrawal.
3. Our admissions finance team will review the request against the eligibility criteria above within 2 business days.
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original method of payment (bank wire transfer or international remittance).
