1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at cortex-connectbase.click, applying for admissions, enrolling in coaching cohorts, or attending workshops conducted by Cortex Connect Base (hereinafter "we", "us", or "the Institute"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations in Thailand, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Educational Nature of Services & Disclaimers

Cortex Connect Base is an educational training institute. All materials, seminars, mentoring sessions, chart clinics, indicator calibration formulas, and trade journal reviews provided by our instructors are for technical educational and analytical training purposes only.

We do not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not manage client funds, execute trades on behalf of third parties, or act as a broker-dealer. Financial trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. You acknowledge and agree that any financial decisions, trades, or risk allocations you undertake are made at your own sole discretion and risk.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational curricula, lecture presentations, indicator calibration workbooks, software scripts, chart templates, and website content produced by Cortex Connect Base are the exclusive intellectual property of the Institute.

Enrolled students are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use instructional materials for personal study. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, broadcast, or publish any course content or proprietary formulas without prior written authorization from Cortex Connect Base.

4. Admissions, Attendance & Code of Conduct

Admission to coaching cohorts and private mentoring is subject to diagnostic intake review. We reserve the right to decline applications where we determine our curriculum does not align with the applicant's experience level.

Students are expected to maintain professional, respectful decorum during in-person studio sessions and live digital classrooms. Disruptive behavior, harassment of instructors or fellow students, or unauthorized distribution of private cohort recordings will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Thailand, in no event shall Cortex Connect Base, its directors, instructors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data—arising out of the use or inability to use our educational materials or services.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
